We are aware of the responsibility our virtual product data has in steering component performance and production processes.

Coordinated with each phase of development, we provide you with high-quality product data in many established CAD systems and data checks with modern virtual reality (VR) methods. And of course we are well versed in the specialised engineering methods used in car body technology.
You can rely on our diversified know-how in the various applications of car body systems and our consolidated knowledge in the production of sheet metal, synthetic and aluminium components.

Virtual Engineering

Before the actual construction of elaborate vehicle systems begins, a multitude of tests and investigations have to check the vehicle performance and how easy the system is to assemble. Apart from the virtual component production, calculation and simulation, we also do a virtual check on various vehicle specifications.

• Estimation of deformation space

Along with the standard CAD tools we also apply DMU (Digital Mock Up) and work with the ultra-modern Cave from VRCA (Virtual Reality Center Aachen) for our project work.
