Support during test applications and the conceptual design and construction of test rigs round off our services. These include:

• Assembly, production and installation tests
• Individual road tests with vehicles
• Component and vehicle tests with external partners
• Assembly and production of special test rigs including the development of the corresponding test plans.

The virtual development of products using CAx tools is of great value, as can be seen later on actual vehicles. Imperia's work is therefore carried out in close cooperation with the contracting partners during prototype construction:

• Prototypes for material and assembly investigations (especially for the verification of FEM models)
• Full-scale construction of show and functional prototypes (RP process).
• Construction and fitting of vehicles and car body systems for test and presentation purposes,
• Monitoring test phases of new vehicle models directly at the OEM (APQP).
